Apple Cider Vinegar Powder 100g

Apple Cider Vinegar Powder is a convenient, shelf-stable alternative to liquid apple cider vinegar. For general culinary use, start by mixing approximately 5 g (1 teaspoon) of apple cider vinegar powder with 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of water, stir until fully dissolved, then adjust with additional powder or water to achieve the desired acidity and flavour.

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight, and reseal securely after opening
