Delivery charges are provided to the customer at the time of purchase and the customer will select their preferred delivery rate. These charges are based on size and quantity of the products and the delivery location.
Additional charges will be applicable for deliveries over 15kg and for special delivery areas like mines, farms, plots, remote area, military bases, game lodges, harbours, embassies etc..
If the delivery cannot be done, it will be attempted a second time and if the second delivery is not successful, the client will be responsible for any additional charges.
We offer collection from our premises and the customer will be notified with a date and time once the parcel is ready for collection. Collections can be done in Alberton, Johannesburg during the specified times only and the address will be sent for collection.
All orders will be delivered and if your order is lost or stolen, Lexi’s Vegan Deli will replace the products within specific timeframe subject to stock availability. If the customer prefers a refund, this will be processed.
Lexi’s Vegan Deli ensures that all items packed in a perfect condition when they leave our premises. Customers should never accept any damaged goods when its delivered or collected. If any goods are damaged, inform the delivery driver and do not sign for the delivery and mark the invoice as “damaged goods”. Please take a picture of the damaged goods and email it to info@lexisvegandeli.co.za and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund. If you found the goods damaged after opening the shipping box, please take a photo immediacy and send us an email to info@lexisvegandeli.co.za
Standard delivery takes place during office hours and not on weekends or holidays or after hours. Delivery normally takes anything from 2 -5 days. Please note that there may be unexpected delays with deliveries at times that is completely out of our hands. We will however inform you in if there are any expected delays.
The customer will receive regular updates during the delivery process.
Please note that any refunds after delivery will forfeit the shipping costs which is non-refundable.
