As content errors may occur, the information displayed on the website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranty as to its accuracy. Some descriptions of products and packaging may be of a generic nature and not specific to the particular product. All pictures and images of products displayed are for illustrative purposes only and where dimensions and measurements were provided, the dimensions may vary in real life. It is the visitor, user or customers’ responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each product is suitable for their purpose prior to submitting an order.
Lexi’s Vegan Deli do not take any responsibility for any damage or harm caused by the use of the recipes listed on the website, https://recipes.lexisvegandeli.co.za and the recipes is free to use at the customer or visitors’ own will.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (VAT incl).
Card Processing
All debit and credit card payments is done by PayFast (Pty) Ltd and processed on their website. Customers are redirected back to Lexi’s Vegan Deli once payment was either successful or the order has been cancelled by the customer.
Product Availability
If a customer order included products that has ran out of stock, the customer will be contacted to enquire whether they want to wait for the order to be fulfilled or whether they want a refund for that specific product.
Lexi’s Vegan Deli may withdraw or suspend any product displayed on the website at any time, either temporarily or permanently. Lexi’s Vegan Deli will not be liable to the user or customer for any loss they might suffer or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of sale of a specific product.
Lexi’s Vegan Deli reserves the right not to honour any incorrect products, descriptions or pricing made on the website made by genuine human or system error. Customers’ that made orders will be refunded in full.
Use of Website
No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these Website Terms. We may in our sole discretion at any time suspend or terminate the operation of the website without prior notice to you and without the need to give you reasons for such termination.
Electronic Gift Cards
An electronic gift card is an digital version of a gift card that is emailed to the customer. The electronic gift card is subject to the above Terms and Conditions apply. The following should be noted for the Electronic Gift Card if available:
- Redeemable within the valid dates on the website.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be topped up nor be emailed to someone else.
- Lexi’s Vegan Deli will not be liable for any reimbursement of any nature if the Electronic Gift Card has been lost or deleted.
