The veggie fusilli pasta can be used with any dish that requires pasta and is cooked like traditional pasta. 100g dried pasta equal 1 cup of pasta and 250g or 2 cups of cooked pasta. Ideally use 60g – 80g dried pasta per person. 250g of dry pasta makes 750g of pasta.
