Pea Mince is also known as Texturized Pea Protein (TPP). Soak the Pea Mince in water or vegetable or vegan beef broth for 30 minutes until the protein has rehydrated, then drain. Heat the pea mince in a pan and add your favourite spices. A 200g packet makes 800g of Pea Mince.
