To make the flapjacks or pancakes vegan:
Flapjacks – Add 150 ml plant-based milk,15ml vegan margarine and to replace the eggs, mix 4 tablespoons potato starch with 50ml plant-based milk then add to mix.
Pancakes – Add 350ml plant-based milk,15ml vegan margarine and to replace the eggs, mix 4 tablespoons potato starch with 50ml plant-based milk then add to mix.
