If you want to return your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at info@lexisvegandeli.co.za and provide the order number, date of purchase and reason for return.  In the case where the wrong item was ordered, we will gladly replace the unopened, undamaged and resellable item for you, but the courier cost will be for your own account.

Please note that items will be replaced subject to availability of the new item else a refund will be done within 30 days. Returning of unwanted items or the cancellation of orders by the customer will attract the highest of R50-00 or 10% of total order value (excl VAT) as an administration fee. These unwanted items will need to be in unopened, undamaged and resellable packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, we will check the returned items and once we are satisfied with the condition, we will either send the new item or process the refund. Lexi’s Vegan Deli will pay for the new item to be shipped to you. Please note that no taping or writing is permitted on the boxes and a handling fee of 15% will be charged if the boxes come back taped or written on.

Delivery charges already used are non-refundable.
